Job Requirement

• Diploma level or above;
• Holder of a valid Security Personnel Permit for at least 5 consecutive years, First Aid and Automated External Defibrillation (AED) certificates;
• At least 3 consecutive years full time Security Supervisor experience in commercial or cultural property with not less than 30 full time security staff deployed for daily operations;  
• Proven experience of training security staff in technical matters (such as access control, CCTV, etc.), discipline, investigation, security incident reporting, security log-keeping and duty rostering;
• High standard of communication skill, integrity, self-discipline and physical fitness;  
• Good knowledge of Security and Guarding Services Ordinance (Cap. 460); and
• Fluency in spoken Cantonese, with good command of English and Mandarin. Able to read and write in English and Chinese.   

Job Description

• Report to the Security Manager on all matters as required by the client’s operational procedures and instructions;
• Ensure loading bay officers’ performances are effective and in professional manners and up to the client’s requirements and standards;    
• Ensure all written and verbal procedures, instructions and directions relating to the loading bay are carried out promptly and efficiently; and
• Execute all tasks relating to the loading bay and/or other duties, as assigned by the Security Manager.
