Job Description
- Degree or Diploma holder of Property Management or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework;
- Minimum 4 years of experience in property management of which at least 2 years in supervisory capacity;
- Well versed in Building Management Ordinance, especially in relating to the structure of the organization of Owners Incorporation;
- Customer-oriented and good communication skills;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Able to work independently and under pressure;
- Immediate available is highly preferred;

Remuneration will be in commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include birthday leave, marriage leave, paternity leave / 14 weeks’ of maternity leave, full attendance leave, training allowance, newborn baby allowance, medical allowance and other special leave.
