Assistant Human Resources Officer
Responsibility:
Support payroll and benefits administration in an accurate and timely manner, including preparing payroll administration, entering salary, overtime (OT) and annual leave data;
Maintain and update employee personnel data in the HR system, E-Leave system and Attendance system;
Assist the preparation of HR reports, annual budget and ad hoc management reports;
Perform timely, accurate and confidential processing and record keeping of all payroll and related statutory filings;
Support the team’s daily operations and ad-hoc tasks when required.
Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resources / Business Administration or related disciplines;
Minimum 2 years’ of experience in the same capacity with hands-on experience of entire payroll process while exposure in labour intensive industry e.g. security / cleaning will be an absolute advantage;
Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related ordinances;
Ability to manage multiple tasks and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline;
High level of accuracy and sensitive to figures;
Proficient in Microsoft Excel is a must;
Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred.
