Assistant Manager - Manning
Job duties:
Handle scheduling issue of our frontline security guards
Coordinate the day to day scheduling of staff for sites, including sick leave, personal leave and emergency replacement or back filling requirements
Arrange manpower to cover ad-hoc operations request within a tight time frame
Prepare and update the daily roster
Handle staffs' / customers' enquiries and complaints in a professional manner
Requirements:
F.5 or above
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Scheduling and Manning the manpower with 3 years’ supervisory role
Solid experience in workforce planning, customer service or rostering, preferably in labour intensive industry e.g. security / cleaning
Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese
Good customer services / communication skill
Sense of responsibility and accountability
Less experience will be considered as Senior Officer / Officer
