Job Advertisement: Security Supervisor

Our company is currently seeking a highly qualified Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and managing security personnel to ensure the safety and security of the premises.

Job Details:

• Salary: HK$22540 per month
• Annual Leave: 10 Days
• Working hours: 9 hours per day

Requirements:

• Minimum Form 5 or a Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the security industry or disciplinary force.
• Valid security personnel permit and safety green card.
• Proficient in conversational and written English and Chinese.
• Ability to work shift duties, including overnight shifts.
• Pass a physical assessment and have computer operation skills.
• Valid driving license (category 1 & 2) or first aid certificate is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage security personnel to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
• Monitor and control access to the premises.
• Conduct regular security checks and patrols.
• Investigate and report on security incidents.
• Train and develop security personnel in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of security activities and incidents.
